Right now, more than ever, the working class of this country needs representation at the negotiating table with Corporate America. The wealth of the biggest companies is being funneled up to CEO’s and stockholders and not back into the workers and main street America. It is far past time in America for our political leaders to take on Corporate America and go after them for under paying the American worker when they are making billions in profits.
Society does not benefit when the money and wealth of a country is hoarded away by a small ruling class of elites. That always leads to tyranny and that concentration of wealth and power erodes democracy. Preventing large concentrations of wealth fosters Independent Families/People in society- Unions are on the front lines getting big wins for working class people where politicians cannot.
Support and reintroduce the PRO ACT, the biggest labor reform bill of the last 50 years
Vote against any “Right to Work” Legislation, more like Right to not pay fair wages!
Use my Congressional Campaign volunteers, infrastructure, knowledge, and crowd source fundraising to support Unionizing efforts at Amazon, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Tesla, etc.
Introduce Legislation to get the U.S. out of NAFTA and to renegotiate it with Unions having a leading roll in that process rather the being on the sidelines

Introduce an amendment to must pass legislation paying in full + interest + damages to the 20,000 Delphi workers screwed out of their pensions by the federal government bankruptcy negotiations of GM in 2009
Healthcare
Why can a lot of the world have good quality affordable healthcare but we can’t? The correct answer is that greedy rich criminals with Big Pharma have bought our politicians off. President Trump and Biden could have used Emergency Powers to grant every citizen access to Universal Healthcare during the Pandemic. The two corrupt parties chose not to, and an estimated 335,000 deaths resulted that could have been prevented by simply having a universal healthcare system
Did you know that Big Pharma makes more money selling drugs to America then they do the rest of the world combined due to insane price gouging? As the Parent of a Type 1 Diabetic toddler, I have some “skin in the game” when it comes to advocating for lower drug prices. Profit as the main pillar of our healthcare system creates Hesitancy and breeds distrust. It leaves everyone asking “Is this drug, medical procedure, or advice given to me actually the best for my health or are they just trying to make money off of me?” Our politicians are bought and paid for to not challenge the status quo, we have to stop them.
Need some type of public (non-profit) or private, universal healthcare system for all of our citizens as a Human Right
Price gouging drug companies need to be criminally prosecuted, especially insulin makers
FDA needs to be overhauled/reformed- It should not be controlled and manipulated by the industries they are supposed to be regulating
Lower age requirement for Medicare to 55, cover all hearing, vision, and dental procedures, increase monthly allowances to Medicare recipients to show respect and dignity to our elders
American People need to share in the profits made by all taxpayer funded drug/vaccine research… American People got ripped off by not getting any kickbacks from the tens of billions of U.S. taxpayer dollars that were spent on developing the massively profitable COVID 19 Vaccines
Crime and Punishment
In this country we will throw people in jail for smoking a joint but won’t jail war criminal politicians lying a nation into war. In this country we kick 5 million people out of their homes yet do not prosecute the very people on Wall St who were responsible for the housing crash in 2008. It’s obvious the rich and the powerful have a different set of laws then the working class of this country and they need to be held accountable.
The best way forward to reduce crime in society is to INVEST in the basic needs of the working class. The government should be assisting people with affordable housing, providing high quality education, jobs programs, lowering the cost food/gas/utilities, quality of life infrastructure projects and healthcare to name a few. Commonsense Police Reform would greatly increase the trust and crime prevention capabilities in neighborhoods.
Create a Corporate Crime Database in order to help catch and deter rich white collar crime
Create Congressional Committees and get corporations to testify under oath about price gouging American people and blaming it on Inflation
End the disastrous War on Drugs and invest in a harm reduction strategy of clinics, housing, rehabilitation, jobs programs for people addicted to drugs like they do in Switzerland
This will increase police officer safety, clean up the streets of homeless people greatly, Drastically reduce the power of drug cartels, reduce gun violence significantly, slash prison populations, save hundreds of thousands of lives, demilitarize police departments, restore constitutional rights
Nationwide Police Reform- End qualified immunity, Need independent organizations investigating police misconduct, Increase Pay and Training in order to find the best most talented officers to serve their communities
We need unarmed traffic safety officials giving people tickets not REAL police officers with guns, safer environment for the community and police officers
Stop predatory taxation of the working class with traffic violations/fines, give the option of community service
U.S. Government Power, War, and Foreign Policy
A criminal gang attacked the U.S. on 9/11 and the response of our country’s leaders was to declaree War on the entire world and our U.S. Constitution. How many civil liberties did we give up?, How many deaths and injuries did we suffer and cause?, How much wealth was stolen from U.S. taxpayers by the Military Industrial Complex?… American People and the world deserve to not be terrorized by the War On Terror any longer. Republicans and Democrats lied the U.S. into the Iraq and Afghanistan War. Trillions of dollars of our tax money was spent on these wars since 9/11 that could have been used here in America for Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure and protecting the Environment. I will stand with our Veterans and fight for increased benefits and pay while promising to never vote to send one soul overseas to fight.

100% Peace/America First Candidate- Against sending money & weapons to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan that could be better spent on Healthcare, Education, and Infrastructure in U.S.
Ending the War in Ukraine- U.S. foreign policy should leverage shutting down provocative U.S. military bases and nuclear capable missile silos encircling Russia in Eastern Europe, stopping the expansion of NATO to Russia’s borders, stop the training and equipping of the Ukranian Army, and the lifting of economic sanctions would all be things I would support to leverage against Russia to get them to withdraw from Ukraine and rejoin peace/nuclear arms reduction treaties. The U.S. and NATO need to treat Russia the same way they would like to be treated, the golden rule of foreign policy.
Ending Israeli/Palestinian War- U.S. foreign policy should leverage stopping all money and weapons contracts to Israel in return for them helping with the creation of an Independent Palestinian State. The U.S. should in addition impose sanctions on Israel until they withdraw from Gaza, end the military blockade and occupation of Gaza, dismantle their Apartheid legal and political system in their country, and prosecute Israeli citizens for illegal Settlements in the West Bank and Gaza. Doing these things would strengthen the moderate voices in Palestine domestically to get away from Hamas and take away several of the core motivating causes for Palestinians to attack Israel. Israel needs to treat the Palestinians how they would like to be treated, the golden rule of foreign policy.
Pursue Nuclear Weapons and Arms Control treaties with Russia/China…Anti Ballistic Missile Treaty, Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, New START, Treaty on Open Skies, No funding for Ballistic Missile Defense System
Investigate corrupt military contract system and prosecute companies for price gouging
Free Julian Assange, Restore Habeas Corpus, Reform FISA laws, Audit the Fed, Repeal Espionage Act
Repeal the Authorization of Use of Military Force (AUMF) from the President and return to Congress!
Eliminate Sanctions on Cuba- Stop hurting an island’s people for their Political Revolution 60 years ago
Reduce funding to the Pentagon and CIA until they can pass a full Audit and stop the deception

Environment and Food Supply
I’ve never met one person Republican or Democrat that says it is OK for the biggest polluters to get away with poisoning our environment and harming our fellow citizens. Big rich polluting industries buy off the politicians at the local, state, and national level to be able to pollute with impunity and cover up their crimes. The U.S. needs to charge criminally MANY companies that have come into our communities and negligently polluted the land of the working class people for decades.
We must transition to a clean, renewable, less reliant on fossil fuel economy and country BUT we cannot do that while sacrificing the working class of this country. The government needs to step in and provide people with jobs and financial assistance if they are going to take away peoples livelihood, no one left behind, a JUST environmental transition. Need to transition to a local/regional dominated food production system made up of independent small farms and take on Big Agriculture to stand up for the American farmer.
Ban dangerous forever PFAS chemicals, Ban the use of Atrazine and Glyphosate (Roundup) in Agriculture
Make illegal all hazardous food additives that are banned in Europe but NOT in U.S.
Go After Big Ag- Enforce Anti Trust laws, enforce environmental controls, reduce/reform Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFO) and stop “price fixing” that is putting small farmers out of business
Need Government tax breaks and subsidies for people to start small scale family farms and to support already existing ones to compete with Big Ag amid rising costs of production and lower market prices
Protect Sea Life- Regulate “Overfishing” by huge commercial fishing industries, focus efforts on safe fishing nets/gear disposal and give fisherman Universal Basic Income if lose their job
Reduce/Eliminate the Unethical Factory Farming of Animal Fur thru government subsidies to farmers to produce something else
Invest in solar panels/batteries for every American home to provide financial security and reduce reliance on Middle East Oil Cartels, OPEC
Advocate for a new and strengthened Clean Water Act for the 21st century
Prosecute and heavily fine Railroads for negligently transporting hazardous chemicals
Norfolk Southern Railroad makes tens of billions a year, they can afford to buy everyone’s house in East Palestine, Ohio for triple market value and pay for everyone Healthcare costs… Nationalize the Railroads!
Advocate for Government Jobs Program or Universal Basic Income for workers as government moves away from a fossil fuel dependent economy to a more sustainable one
Ban Mountain Top Removal of Coal that has devastated West Virginia

Need to fund research on hormone disrupting chemicals in microplastics that are heavily present in our nations food supply and everyday products
Food is meant to be eaten by Humans, not go to waste in a trashcan! - Require all big Big Grocery Stores to offer their fresh produce and other food at severely reduced cost or FREE before throwing away
30%-40% percent of food is estimated to be wasted in the U.S.- That is a crime against the environment and immoral. Throwing away all this good food drives up the price for consumers and punishes the working class… Walmart and Costco profit billions a year and can surely afford to give away their soon to be expiring food rather than throw it in the trash
Political Process and Candidates
The Republican and Democratic Party conspire against Independent and 3rd party candidates and undermine their own party candidates when it is not someone the Party leaders have chosen. We have seen how they exclude 3rd party candidates from the presidential debates. They went after Ron Paul in 2012/Trump in 2016 and Ralph Nader/2000 and Bernie Sanders in 2016 & 2020
We have billionaires that are controlling our political process by using their massive wealth and resources to buy up the media, buy up all the candidates, and as a result have an UNDEMOCRATIC AMOUNT OF POWER OVER US. It’s not fair and its not right, we have to stop them.
Candidates for major political office should be required to do debates and town halls as to not be able to HIDE from the People… 20 yrs. in public office and Mike Turner does not do debates or town halls
Even playing field- All candidates get the same amount of money to campaign with
Get rid of Super Delegates from the Democratic Primary system
We need ranked choice voting in order to uplift Independents and 3rd party candidates
End Citizens United and get dark money out of politics
Expand polling locations and staff so no one has to wait in line, voting needs to be quick and easy
Election Day needs to be paid Holiday and citizens should get $100 tax credit to encourage voter turnout
Lower the voting age to 16- We have a major problem in our democracy with the Youth not participating, if we get kids involved voting at an earlier age and being taught about the importance of voting while in high school, it would increase the likelihood of them participating in the future. Lets be real, we trust them to drive next to us on the road, work full time in society, and even be young parents with kids of their own… I think they are more then capable and highly motivated to have a say in the Real World they are already participating in. The benefits of increased voter participation in society would outweigh the consequences of increased less educated voters participating
Education
Our General Education system is underfunded and not working. Kids are graduating from high school without basic knowledge of important subjects and life skills. With that lack of knowledge comes a life full of financial burdens and life problems that could otherwise be eliminated thru a more functional general education system.
Our teachers and students should be our nations highest spending priority. Federal government needs to fund education completely rather then pass that onto the working class thru property tax levies year after year. Need to offer students more valuable educational pathways to students most at risk of dropping out.
High School- Needs to offer a variety of new courses to set up our youth for success as adults with focus in helpful life skills and mental/emotional well being
Desperately needed areas of study- how to manage money, the Law, how to get elected to political office, proper nutrition and lifestyle habits, automotive, HVAC, how to grow food to feed yourself/family, Emotional Intelligence, Business Entrepreneurship
Teaching should be one of the highest paying fields in the U.S., Raise All Teachers Pay Now!
All students should be provided free high quality nutritious food options at school
Decrease classroom size by investing in more teachers’ aides
For Every school district that wants them, the government should pay for security guards to protect our kids while at school… hospitals, movie theatres, music venues, malls, etc. all protect innocent people in their publicly accessible places, schools should be no different.
100 % Student Loan Forgiveness AND Payback- should have never charged, at interest, the youth of our nation to better themselves and our strengthen our society thru learning advanced skills and trades
People that paid back their loans need to be paid back by the Government!
Big Tech and Government
Social Media companies censor free speech thru their algorithms online and are in bed with Corporate America and our politicians… the internet and social media should be a Public Square and not able to be controlled and censored by private corporations without a VOTE from the citizens. In addition our data online is being collected and making companies insane profits while the American people do not share in any of those profits coming off of our backs and without our permission. Artificial Intelligence is HERE and it can either liberate us or enslave us, its up to our leaders in government to protect us from the threats of AI because Corporate America will certainly not. We need to dismantle the surveillance state created since 9/11.
We do not need the government encouraging censorship to social media companies… our corrupt, corporate controlled, lying government, is the last people I want in charge of controlling what information I receive as a free citizen
The American People DEMAND to not have their data harvested or collected without being properly compensated for it
Artificial Intelligence is estimated to replace hundreds of millions of jobs worldwide and is widely seen as a potential severe threat to humanity. The U.S. government needs to Regulate AI and create a jobs program or give out Universal Basic Income to defend people against losing their jobs to AI.
Congress needs to create a committee to investigate big tech companies, FBI, and NSA under oath about any government big brother surveillance programs done on American citizens illegally

Support of Reparations for descendants of slavery in the U.S., Support for Reparations for victims of Jim Crow laws passed in the South from 1870s-1960s that saw people’s Constitutional Rights taken away, Support for Reparations for victims of the Disastrous 50-year War on Drugs and the resulting Prison Industrial Complex created to cage U.S. citizens and smash our constitutional rights
100% Support for Palestinian Statehood and some form of Palestinian Refugees Right to Return to land confiscated by Israel or a just compensation, 100% Support the Boycotting, Divesting and Sanctioning (BDS) of the Israeli Government for their unjust Apartheid political/legal/colonization efforts against the Palestinian People without fear of persecution from the U.S. Government or Corporate America, 100% Support eliminating military and weapons contracts with the Israeli Government, Put pressure on Israeli Government to stop illegal colonization of Palestine, pay damages to innocent Palestinian Victims from Israeli Military attacks, U.S. should lead an international group of nations in the region and the world to come together to come up with a 2 state solution
Support and advocate for Native Americans Populations and Tribes- Strengthen Tribes rights to reject government projects on their land, Advocate for more funding to Tribes for Education, Healthcare, and Jobs Programs, Investigate and prosecute illegal activity at U.S. Government Boarding Schools for Native Americans, Renegotiate Treaties- Many Treaties were made under duress, thru lies and manipulations, treaties made with not the true leaders of the tribes, and treaties made without even negotiating with tribal leaders, Pay Reparations to Native Americans for land seized and violence committed against them, Give back Mt. Rushmore to the Lakota Sioux!, Native Hawaiians- Support the creation of an independent Hawaiian state, land repatriation and just compensation to Native Hawaiians for land seized, Compensate victims for the disastrous U.S. Government Environmental poisoning of people at Red Hill Hawaii and Pearl Harbor Hawaii
Lessening the Divides to Unite Together on Economic and Social Issues
I believe that our personal freedoms should not infringed upon by this corrupt government at this time because there is so much DISTRUST/DISGUST with the government right now in the general population. To continue to take away people’s rights at a time like this, at a time of the highest levels of government corruption in our nations history, will shatter and split working class people beyond repair. In my opinion, we cannot risk fracturing society anymore. There are so many Economic and Social Issues working class people agree upon… we urgently need to come together on those first to take on the forces that want to separate and divide us.
